Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Baraka Technology Solutions website (baraka-grp.com), a technology brand powered by SILOS Intelligent Solutions, and associated technical services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations of the GCC member states. These services are provided exclusively to licensed charitable organizations, Zakat authorities, and authorized institutional partners.
1. Nature of Services & Exclusive Scope
Baraka Technology Solutions provides specialized technical consultations, integrated digital systems design and development, digital platform development, IoT integration, and administrative software exclusively to licensed charitable organizations, Zakat authorities, mosques, and government family support programs in the GCC. Our services include technical feasibility studies, system implementation, training, and ongoing support. Baraka does NOT operate as a charity, bank, payment gateway, fund collector, or financial intermediary. All funds and financial transactions remain exclusively under the custody and management of the licensed charitable organization.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software code, hardware designs, trademarks, logos, graphics, and technical documentation on this site are the exclusive property of Baraka Technology Solutions or its licensors and are protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws.
3. Acceptable Use
Users agree to use our website and platforms only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to: • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our system servers, smart machines, or network infrastructure. • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any software or hardware architecture developed by Baraka. • Submit false or misleading information through contact or consultation request forms.
4. Disclaimer of Financial / Religious Authority
Baraka does not issue Fatwas, religious rulings, or official Zakat calculation guidelines. All Zakat rules and distribution policies implemented within our software are dictated by the client's respective licensed religious and charitable governing authorities.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Baraka Technology Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our website or technical services.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and applicable GCC regional regulations, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our site following posted revisions constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
